Chapter 1: Roots and Foundation I was born and raised in upstate New York, grounded by family values and surrounded by the rugged charm of Adirondacks and its surrounding communities. From an early age, I was instilled with a strong sense of responsibility and determination. Those foundational years taught me to be resourceful and resilient traits that would become the bedrock of my personal and professional life. Chapter 2: Building Blocks I started in cosmetology, earning my NYS Cosmetology License. This path taught me the importance of customer service and confidence. Later, I transitioned into finance, working for twelve years in an industry that gave me valuable insights into the structure of deals, lending, and economic decision-making. My time in finance sharpened my business acumen and made me see both sides of every transactional skill that would serve me well in real estate. Chapter 3: Entering Real Estate With my NYS Real Estate License in hand, I began my journey into the world of real estate. From my first open house to my first signed contract, I quickly realized that this was more than a job—it was a calling.
