She helped us find houses within our budget that met our requirements, arranged appointments for us to view the ones we liked, gave excellent bidding advice by suggesting a price lower than we were willing to offer, scheduled inspections that helped us avoid a couple of money pits, and handled all of the requisite paperwork when we finally found the one we loved. All we had to do was show up and sign the paperwork.
