About Kamya and Cath a and Cathy Kamya moved to the Tucson area as a child with her family in 1986, married the love of her life in 2000, and now has 3 children and Grandchildren! Kamya has been part of the Vail community since 1997 where she watched her children grow and graduate from VSD. Kamya began her Real Estate career in 2001 and has vast experience from small vacant land to Manufactured Homes on large rural lots to Million-dollar estates to Multifamily homes to community living. She has seen the market during the good, bad, and ugly and continues to provide her clients with the professionalism they deserve. Kamya has over 11 years’ experience conducting Broker Price Opinions for Foreclosure asset management companies and over 6 years of experience with loan modification programs that helps homeowners keep their homes. In June of 2023 Kamya began a new chapter in her career, she is now a Team Coach and trains new Realtors. With her vast experiences and insight she has taken the team to all new levels, Her coaching consist of the proper way to communicate to clients, in order to build the trust and relationships needed to be sucessful in this ever changing business.
