I have personally purchased new construction from the concept to the completed home, moved a house onto a lot where I was the general contractor, and have completed my own 18month 1500 sqft major remodel where the entire home was rebuilt from the studs, all mechanicals were redesigned and replaced as well as a complete redesign of the existing floor plan complete with custom-built features.
