She came like everyone else to have the American dream, with a heart full of courage and a mind determined to rewrite her story. Raised under the shadow of dictatorship, Jasmine understood early what it meant to fight for freedom, stability, and the right to dream bigger. By the age of 24, she launched her first company in America—a mortgage division under Countrywide—becoming a trailblazer in an industry were few immigrants dared to enter. Over the next 15+ years, Jasmine built a powerful career in real estate and investment, leading international ventures, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and specializing in hard money lending and strategic financing. Her leadership is rooted in action. She has helped countless individuals—from first-time investors to seasoned developers—gain access to capital and grow generational wealth. Every deal she touches reflects a global mindset, shaped by her Spanish roots and lived experience as a woman and mother who had to carve her own path in every room she entered. Jasmine is a lifelong learner, holding a certification from Harvard University Extension School and completing leadership training at the Sorensen Institute at the University of Virginia.
