I chose Rob after reading all his reviews. I lived out of town & was trying to sell this house for my elderly mother. I had previously listed my moms house with another Amarillo realtor. That experience was a nightmare! Instead of working for me the previous realtor quickly began working for the buyers, so I chose to let the house sit. When my contract with this realtor was up I researched realtors and listed the home with Rob Law. He listened to my concerns about my previous experience. He assured me that my moms house would sell. He even recommended that we raise the price up because the previous realtor had it under priced. I was timid about doing this, but Rob's knowledge & confidence made me feel good so I followed his recommendation. We quickly got an offer (low) which I was thinking of taking but Rob told me he thought we could do better. I was anxious but went with his recommendation. A few days later we had 3 offers & the one we chose was higher than asking price. The transaction went very smooth I didn't have to worry about any aspect of it. My mother & I came into Amarillo for the the closing which went just as smooth. I was so impressed with Rob. Selling homes is not a hobby for Rob it's his profession and he does it well!
