Kay is just absolutely wonderful! I really owe her so much!! She made it possible for me to land my first home! I had originally had my financing set up with my bank and I was under the impression everything was good to go. It wasn't until I was under contract on my new home when the financing fell apart, and if it weren't for Kay and her diligent work, I would have lost the home. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would certainly recommend her to ANYONE looking to purchase a new home. 5 stars I couldn't have picked a better person to work with! Kay's knowledge of every aspect and detail of my mortgage process combined with the fact that she was absolutely on top of everything right away is the reason that I have a beautiful home now! My situation was a complicated one and she walked me through it step by step.
