Hope was very nice and caring. She treated us like family. We really appreciate her . She handled everything on her end promptly. She gave advise also and made sure we were happy. Hope is awesome! She made the selling process extremely easy and convenient. Hope was very responsive throughout the process. Closed in a little over a month after listing! I met Mrs. Greenlee on July 06, 2019 to inquire about buying my first house in State of Maryland. She listened and paid attention to exactly what I wanted when it was time for me to purchase my house. She took the time to help me get my dream house. Although it was a long road (no fault of hers), she was always very professional and open-minded to make great suggestions and recommendations on what to expect during the homeowner's process. She strives to continue to support me when I was almost ready to give up due to frustrations from a Conventional Loan to a FHA Loan. She was always near such as returns my calls, responding to my emails and etc. She was always ready to strengthen and encourage me in my need of comfort. I could go on and on about how she was able to fix anything that was out of the ordinary. I had a few Realtors since I have been here in Maryland; however, she is absolutely the BEST.
