We loved Hope so much that this was the second time we used her! She is the best agent! She helped us buy own current home and hit recently sold a townhouse we had in Bel Air. She is on point when it comes to answering questions whether it’s through email or phone calls. She was with us every step of the way with us and I couldn’t of asked for a better agent ! Hope was the most responsive, positive and friendly person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She made herself available to show us houses whenever we found one, often looking at 10 in a single day. Even after looking at well over the average number of houses she kept us going to find the right house. Once we found the right home, she structured our offer that made our winning bid attractive in a highly competitive situation while keeping at asking price. My only regret is that since we are in our forever home we will not get to work with her again. Hope is great. She hits the mark on all aspects. Especially communication and follow up. She's professional but at the same time feels like a friend striving to make sure the client gets what they are looking for in a house. I would highly recommend Hope to anyone looking to buy a house. Hope was always there when I had question and she has a lot of knowledge. She is honest and personable.
