I liked the fact that she was very honest with me and let me know when I was being unreasonable :) Although the entire home buying process is very daunting for a first-time home buyer, I am very happy with how everything turned out, and I know that we never would have found the house we ended up in without Hope. Hope was competent, reliable, friendly and overall made home buying a smooth and memorable experience. I can't imagine having anyone else with me during my home buying journey that at first started off as anxiety provoking. Hope also reassured me and put me as ease that everything would work out and I would find the home right for me. She's amazing and I'm now living in a beautiful place that I can call MY HOME!! Hope is very customer service oriented and listens to what the customer is looking for. She made the process of finding a home easy and was with me through the entire process. I highly recommend hiring Hope as your agent for all of your buying/ selling needs! One word...AWESOME! Hope was a blast to work with. This was my first time buying a home and I never felt overwhelmed; maybe nervous, but definitely not overwhelmed. She never showed me houses out of my price range and selected area, which was very important. I wouldn't hesitate to refer her to someone. She was always on time for appointments and communication was easy. Two thumbs up!
