About Amaya Castro Amaya was raised in Spain with 2 siblings. As a child, Amaya had aspirations of being a teacher. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry and be in The top %15 of Realtors NATIONWIDE , but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Amaya was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Amaya worked her way from her first job at Burger King to her newest and most successful passion Working as a Real-estate Agent and being in the Top 15% of Realtors NATIONWIDE! Amaya got into the real estate industry in 2009 when the market had crashed, and the business she had built with her husband sold. She set out to begin a new career, and assist others in a field that she was passionate about--Real Estate. As her career advanced, Amaya found her stride working with distressed properties (short sales and foreclosures) and first time home home buyers. She’s an expert in residential sales, foreclosed properties, short sales, first time buyers, probate sales, divorce sales, investment properties, and home staging.
