WOOD FOUNDATIONS

Many people are unaware that these foundations even exist in Alberta. There are many homes that have a wood foundation especially in areas that have a high-water table. Unfortunately, because many people do not understand them they do come with a stigma and can be a little harder to sell in the future.

Consider this checklist when buying a Detached, Semi Detached, Row House, or 4 Plex.
