by Rick Davis - This Incredible Adventure Called Life

I was so honored with the opportunity to spend lots of time with my daughters, Angie and Gina. Every morning I would drive them to school in my Mercedes Benz. It was a 30 year old, 1964 antique that blew incredible amounts of white smoke out the tail pipe, I think the headers were cracked or something. The girls always asked me to drop them off down the block before school. I think it was their way to get some exercise!

You don't think that maybe they were embarrassed and didn't want their friends to see them in the old blue beast, lol. I was blessed with the opportunity to coach the girl's softball team. They didn't realize how little I knew about coaching but we all had loads of fun, especially me! Speaking of fun, we went to Ocean City every summer. Cathy's mom, Sara went with us and had some wonderful vacations. Some people don't like their Mother in Laws, I loved both of mine, Sara and Marlene's mother, Caridad. (See pictures below) Caridad was from Cuba and she only spoke Spanish, no English. Whenever she would yell at me in Spanish, I just knew that she was always saying the nicest of things.
