Maybe you can start up an Instagram page or use Pinterest to post your pictures. As you get more adept at communicating online, you can try targeting the different search engine words and use those to get business. There are lots of different ways to do this. If speaking to groups and writing aren’t viable options for you, maybe your strength is that you’re terrific at communicating one-on-one, and you’re amazing at building a rapport with one individual at a time. In that case, you might want to try a method that puts you in a position to succeed. If you have someone to develop leads for you — or even if you don’t — you just might be happier trying some door knocking. Pick a neighborhood where you want to get listings and go door- to-door. Talk to the people in your community and get to know them. You could also attend local events, such as holiday celebrations, block parties, neighborhood barbecues, etc. Try volunteering for a community project or program. Even if there are a lot of people attending these events, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to chat with people individually and make contacts. Get out there and start meeting people, start building relationships, because those relationships are going to turn into more real estate business. In addition, you’ll also make a lot of great friends. That’s one of the reasons many agents love the real estate business. Making friends is a great way to generate business leads, but making friends is also a reward in itself.
