Over the years, I've developed a simple but powerful 3-step formula to take homes that other agents couldn’t sell—and turn them into successful closings. This formula works. Here are just a few recent examples: • One home was listed for more than 11 months with two different agents. After applying these strategies, it sold in 45 days. • Another had lingered on the market for six months with minimal interest. Using this approach, we closed in three. • One particularly memorable listing had sat for over 18 months with no luck. After we stepped in and executed our plan, the home sold in 65 days. Stories like these aren’t rare. In fact, they happen often—when the right strategy is finally applied.
