selling your home. We used him for buying our “forever home!” My husband and I were using Zillow to look at homes. We saw one we wanted to look at and we didn’t have a realtor yet. So Zillow picked someone for us to show the house. It was Nicole and Buddy Blackman. They are a great husband and wife team duo. They were very professional, knowledgeable, been in the field for awhile, was on time always for showings of homes to look at that we were interested in, prepared with tape measure for us to measure rooms and such if needed, always have good feedback on the homes, have good advice, helped us look through the homes, location advice and what homes to look at that are similar. We looked at several homes and finally found the one! He helped us negotiate the sale, had great communication by email and phone to my husband the whole time, worked great with sellers realtor to ask questions we had about the house, quick to draw up paperwork, helped us through the whole process of purchasing and understanding the buying process such as due diligence, inspections and closing, and get the things we wanted done as well. He worked well by email with my mortgage lender. He was at our closing and surprised us with a goodie bag congratulating us with our home purchase.
