Did they mention the option of a promo video and help you with that? Did they show passion for selling your home with your best interests in mind? How professional and communicative were they? Did they keep you updated weekly on the status of your marketing, showings and transaction status. If you’re not getting results and you’re not happy with your agent, maybe it’s time to hire a new one (see Part 2 of this book) and finally get your house off the market and SOLD. PRICING YOUR HOUSE BETTER Price is obviously a major area of contention. Pricing your home can be tricky. Overpricing is usually the number-one reason a home didn’t sell.
