As a fifth-generation Texan, Blake's roots are planted deep in his beloved state of Texas, community, and fabric. His story is one of building a successful career through hard work, faith, education, perseverance, networking, and dedication in real estate, all of which made him the person and the success he is today. Blake study business marketing then went into sales. Started working in commercial roofing then manufactured homes as well as new home construction sales when business got better and better. Blake realized home sales was a great place to get to know people and cultivate relationships with his clients. It was also a great place to learn more about marketing, home building, and property management. He went into banking and mortgage lending along to way to learn all he could about the real estate industry. It proved to be quite lucrative as well for a young man with a family. By 1997 he managed a successful manufactured homes sales center and property management office with over 400 doors.
