Cindy Rasmussen REALTOR® - SELLING SECRETS YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO MISS

About Cindy Rasmussen, R asmussen, Realtor Cindy was raised in Hawaii. As a child, Cindy had aspirations of being the President of the United States. Never in a million years did she think she's stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Cindy was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Cindy worked her way from waitress at the local yacht club to Realtor, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Cindy got into the real estate industry 30+ years ago, without the intention of becoming a Realtor when she decided that she would get divorced and needed to find a new home. Too proud to ask her husband or her dad for guidance, she took a Real Estate Pre-Licensing course from Dower Realty that was only $99. At the time, that was about all she could afford all by herself. In her weekly attendance of class, she learned enough to get started on her journey to find a new home for herself and her daughter. Upon completing the class, the instructor invited her to join her brokerage. Once signing on with the brokerage, she could now make enough money to be independent. She set out to pursue a new part-time career and earn enough money to support herself and her daughter. An agent in her office described a scenario that he experienced with the neighbor at a Sunday Open House that he held. It turns out that the neighbor was a friend of someone she knew. This owner became her new client. This first closed listing, a home over a million dollars, turned out to be her very first transaction. As her career advanced, Cindy found her stride working with total strangers, as well as friends and family and gaining their trust. She is an expert in negotiating and identifying allies. Each transaction and each client bring new challenges. Thanks to the
