Kitchen:

• Counters should be clear, except a pretty soap dispenser near the sink. • There should be no dishes in the kitchen sink. • Remove dish towels hanging from stove. • Make sure all stainless-steel appliances are cleaned with stainless-steel polish.

Bathrooms:

• Remove any toilet brushes. • Put toilet seats down. • Remove personal items from shower/bathtub/counters (shampoo, razors, toothbrush, etc.). You can put a decorative wrapped soap in the shower/bathtub. • Dry off shower/bathtub. • Make sure if you have a shower curtain, it looks updated and new (keep open). • Clean shower door (squeegee). • Remove personal wet towels and replace with white towels.

Bedrooms:

• Make beds nice and neat (hotel style). • Clear nightstands of personal belongings (except lamp and clock).

Laundry Room:

• Clean or put away all dirty clothes (they should not be seen). 67
