Here’s a list of people whom I have helped buy or sell a home, and what they said about working with me: Abby was absolutely the best blessing we've had in 2020. We first met when she moved into our neighborhood and she casually mentioned that she was a realtor as she was helping her cousin sell their home. This home was directly across the street from us and had been listed for nearly a year before she took over. Once Abby was given the listing, the home sold in less than a month! Then, she helped sell another home on our block and we knew that she would be the one to turn to for our home hunt. As the pandemic was in full swing, we decided we need a home that better suited our needs. We inquired with Abby and she was extremely helpful and patient with us. We probably changed our minds at least a dozen times about what kind of home we wanted and she never complained or hesitated in adjusting. She truly wanted us to find our dream home and it showed in her great attitude and efforts. Several times we came close to closing a home and each time it didn't quite pan out, we were only slightly disappointed as Abby reassured us that we had time and options. She actually helped us avoid the wrong home by making sure we knew what was out there. In the end, she advised us really well knowing the market and the local demand. I truly believe we got a great deal and it's because she knew how to negotiate without being unrealistic. It made the buying of our home really comfortable and confident.
