As a Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES), she specializes in Senior real estate transactions and understands the business of downsizing, estate planning and the extra care needed for this type of sale. As a partner on Bruce's Team , she offers the expertise of dozens of proven systems, vetted contractors, and the power behind thousands of real estate transactions. Collectively, Christine and Bruce and have authored 4 books about their experiences in real estate, sharing their knowledge to equip you with everything you need throughout the entire process of selling your home. Brookfield is home and she has lived in the Milwaukee Metro area for over 38 years. If not out listing/showing properties, you'll find her near the water, antique shopping, exploring a path in the woods, drinking strong coffee, or playing her guitar.
