At this point, you should have a pretty good idea of your needs vs. wants when it comes to your next home, as well as a basic understanding of the home-search process. Now it’s time to take a look at common buyer mistakes. Just as homeowners make mistakes when they’re trying to sell their homes, so too do buyers when they’re looking for homes, and this applies to home shoppers across the spectrum of age and experience, including downsizers.
