About Alan Louie Alan was raised in San Mateo with his two cousins. As a child, Alan had aspirations of being an engineer. He entered into the real estate industry 28-years ago when his career as Right of Way Agent for a Fortune 500 company came to an end. He was determined to continue his career as an Acquisition Consultant after leaving the Utility company. This meant Alan had to obtain his Realtor’s license. With his past experience in the Utility Industry and college degrees, Alan was able to earn his California Real Estate Broker’s license in 1993. As his career advanced, Alan found his stride working with Local government agencies, wireless companies, developers and later a local Real Estate company. He’s an expert in Right of Way Consulting, Selling/Buying expert for Senior clients, Property Management, Notary Public and Renovation professional. Throughout his career, Alan has earned numerous accolades, including: • International Right of Way Association: Senior Right of Way Agent (SRWA) • California Real Estate Broker • California Senior Real Estate Specialist • Property Management Agent • Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent Alan lives in Belmont with his wife May. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, golf, and renovation projects.
