Step #1: Initial Consultation with a Realtor®

Deciding whether to make a move or not can be very daunting. There are so many questions and concerns. Should you even move, is now the right time, how will you move "all your things", where will you move to, can you afford to move, and the list goes on and on. For all these reasons, it is my recommendation that you have a preliminary conversation with a Realtor®. A good Realtor®, especially one who specializes in helping people like yourself make a move, will be happy to sit with you and answer your questions. If you are selling and buying, they will be able to provide you with resources to help you with each step and offer solutions to any problems you may have along the way. This initial consultation is critical to a smooth process when you are selling AND buying. It's a good idea to set a follow-up appt or even just a call to encourage you to move forward with your decision making even if the decision is to stay where you are.

Step #2: Have a Consultation with Your Financial Team
