Preface When I was in my late twenties and oh so naive, I thought how fun it would be to get my real estate license. I mean, who wouldn't want to drive fancy cars, wear all the jewels, look at pretty houses, and have lunch with friends every day? Boy was I in for an awakening! Fast forward 27+ years. I have not only helped 100's of buyers and sellers like you avoid the headaches often associated with the home-selling process, but I've gone through the process myself.
