In this “Information Era,” most buyers are first introduced to a house and eventually purchase it online, through sites like Prelist.org and Realtor.ca. So that means there’s no need for a buyer’s real estate agent, right? Using a real estate agent is to find a home and show homes available for sale, right? If a buyer can find and visit a home online alone, why involve another party?
