We were moving from Maine to Illinois, and he took every step with us in detail. When it was time to actually see a home, we were interested in we didn't have time to fly in quickly to do so. Richard was able to FaceTime us and show us the property. He was extremely thorough, as if we were walking through it ourselves. He even took the time to walk around the neighborhood and talk to us about it. We ended up choosing our home this way!! Anytime we had a question about anything he was ready to answer. He was always available through text, email, or phone call. Very thorough with answering all our questions. It had been 10+ years since we bought a home, but Richard had everything laid out and ready for us to take the next steps. Buying a house is difficult enough and we're so lucky that we met Richard to take us through the process. We love our home!!! We will definitely recommend Richard J.
