any purchase until my house was sold. He did this simply to keep my mother’s optimism alive as a favor to both of us. On the selling side, no detail of preparation was too small, and no market reach was too vast. He and his clever co-agent Samantha led us daily as to how best prepare the property – things you’d never think of – but he had his own published book on the subject of course - which he gifted to us! After we prepared the house, in came the photographers. We had a virtual tour, drone photographs, twilight photographs… We all waited four days for the photos to be developed. I thought they were great. Richard and Samantha did not! They reconvened, did some more staging, hired a photoshop guru to virtually stage several rooms…Voila, we now had a grand piano in our living room! They put feature cards throughout our house pointing out its attributes. Then they put 18”x30” expertly photoshopped renditions on tripods of most rooms depicting the room’s possibilities if more modernly or elegantly decorated. We sold the place at our asking price in four days. The buyer let us know that it was the high class showing that persuaded them. They had flown in to the area for a weekend and viewed 14 houses in two days. Ours was the first they visited and of course they were floored. They viewed the next 13 houses and none compared. Richards respect for the property and the process translated into immediate clear value to them. During the negotiations for both the sale of my home and the purchase for my mother, there were several crossroads where serious money was on the line. I consider myself to be savvy enough in matters of business but I tell you, at these junctures, deferring to Richard’s sage council saved me thousands. What more can I say to convey this team’s over-the top approach to seeing you through the real estate maze profitably? They manufacture the classy lawn signs personally? – They do! They utilize proprietary methods to blast your offering statewide? – They do that too! This was truly first class treatment. Thanks Richard!
