professional. He definitely put his all into making sure everything was wrapped up and stayed on the timeline we set. His marketing was also something we felt would help us in selling the house quickly. He had posters, online marketing, analytics, virtual staging, signs and pictures in the house highlighting new/ updated features. Also the actual staging that was done in the house elevated the space and I felt as if I was in a completely different home. I actually was second guessing selling lol because of the great job him and his team did. If I ever have a property to sell or buy, he would definitely get a call from me to be my Realtor. I highly recommend him as a Realtor. You are definitely getting your money's worth and will have peace of mind in knowing your house will have a high chance of selling and most likely over asking price. That's how good of a job he does. He is very confident in what he does and I can see why. He definitely exceeded our expectations and helped us sell our house the weekend it went on the market.

Richard is hands down the best realtor that we interviewed for our house sell in Pingree Grove. He came in with a "pizza box" full of data that made him stand out among other realtors. He had a plan and explained all of the minor details that made a big difference in the sale of our home. Richard was very responsive and hands on with the sale of the house. I will admit I was skeptical initially but he delivered and exceeded our expectations.
