and what price ranges they preferred. Our pricing discussion included several charts and a presentation that explained his pricing recommendations, and why. Then the marketing began. RJ used several marketing techniques to reach buyers and their realtors. We had more than 4,000 views of our home before it was even posted on the MLS. The result? We had 26 showings and SIX offers in three days! Our home sold for $60,000 above asking price. Bottom line: Richard is an expert in selling houses, and has a proven system — a process that removes stress, maximizes value, and gets results.
