To say that Kathleen takes her job serious would be a gross understatement. What she really does is take it personal. She takes time to get to know her clients. She allows herself to be available nearly all the time. She learns what you like and what you don’t like. She is eager and excited to help you make an offer when you finally found “the one”. She is there to console you when “the one” falls through. She doesn’t give up on you even when you feel like you have seen them all. In the end when you finally have your house, thanks to Kathleen, it really feels like home. We started with a realtor, built a friendship and ended as family. We are forever grateful that she was with us for the ride.
