Meet Kathleen S. Turner Kathleen Turner believes everyone should have their own personal mission in life; her mission is to “live your life to help others live a better one” . Growing up in Westport, CT, and living in several towns throughout Fairfield County, she truly believes Connecticut is the best place to live. Buying and selling homes of her own has afforded her a compassion toward her clients’ journeys. As a second-generation REALTOR®, she combines her love for real estate with her passion for helping people. With more than 30 years’ experience in real estate, insurance, marketing, and business management, she merges her expertise by bringing a strategic yet personal approach to the homebuying and selling process. Continuing to receive extensive education on topics such as tax laws, probate, estate planning, and equity conversion strategies has afforded her the opportunity to earn her SFR® certification (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) and SRES® designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®), thus bringing clients relevant information on current market trends as well as bringing valuable resources regarding real estate transactions. Being an Advisory Board Member on the Southern Connecticut Care Planning Council, representing the real estate industry, keeps her pulse on helping families deal with the crisis and burden of long-term care. Offering guidance and representation as her top priorities, Kathleen strives to be someone with whom my clients and colleagues can trust. Her goal is to provide clients with an enjoyable and satisfying homebuying/selling experience and to develop a relationship that lasts long after the process is done.
