When Nick's not busy landing deals for his clients, you can find him boating, golfing, working with his plants, remodeling or at the gym. Enjoying most outside activities or enjoying community happenings is how Nick unwinds after a long week working hard for his clients — and that’s not just a cop-out. Nick has dedicated his life to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. He was raised in Charlotte County and went on to college in Tampa Florida. He is the youngest of 3 siblings, one older sister who is a real estate agent in Englewood and another older brother who has a top-notch moving company in Naples (in fact moving Dog the Bounty Hunter who later did a commercial raving about Demers Moving being the only choice for him). His parents still reside here locally, and he loves all that Florida brings. I guess you can see how Nick Demers became a huge success, real estate is in his blood, and he is passionate about it too! Nick was taught from a young age that if you want something in life, you must work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. (But that’s not to say he didn’t have fun along the way.) Nick, affectionately named the "Guaranteed Sale Guy, got into the real estate industry over 10 years ago when he bought a home that he remodeled with his mom to be a flip project but later moved into, still buying others to expand his knowledge and portfolio of investing. He set out to help others achieve financial freedom and education on how powerful ownership truly is. As Nicks career advanced, he was awarded the TOP 40 under 40 for three consecutive years in the U.S. with RE/MAX,
