We just finished purchasing a home in the Rapid City area, up Nemo Rd, and just wanted to say Haley Sommer was the best! She was always willing to go and show us new homes for sale even though we were probably not exactly ready to make an offer, but that hunting process allowed us to get a great feel for the market in Rapid City. There were some difficulties along the way, and Haley and the team at Will Dixon were there every step of the way and we're so happy to have had them working on our behalf. I would highly recommend them for any real estate transactions you might have in the future! Great job Haley Sommer!! Shane Griffin did a fantastic job of orienting us to the city and provided ample information about the different neighborhoods and their unique attributes. He knows the city very well and he matched our family's needs to both a rental at first and then a perfect home. He is very responsive and answered any text or phone call within minutes throughout the entire process. We moved here during a "hot" market with intimidating competition, but because of Shane's responsiveness to show us houses quickly, we were able to make a competitive offer on multiple homes before getting our offer accepted.
