Chapter 1 Khalid Nathan Aleem
Khalid was born and raised in Philadelphia. As a child, He had aspirations of becoming a business man like his father. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Khalid was introduced to football at the tender age of 4, and this sport would carried him to Frankford High School in Philadelphia and eventually lead to an athletic scholarship to attend Shippensburg University. This sport taught Khalid; the importance of preparation, determination and hard work. Khalid graduated from Shippensburg University with a double major in Finance and General Management, which helped him land a very executive role as a stock broker in the DC Metro Area. He worked his way from stock broker to insurance agent to financial planner and finally to premier private banker, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. During this time, Khalid decided to take the opportunity to travel the world and experience different cultures. He has visited and/or lived in Egypt, France, Greece, Lebanon and Yeman. Upon his return, Khalid entered the healthcare industry and quickly worked his way up to the role of supervisor. Khalid got into the real estate industry 4 years ago, when he bought his own home found the experience enjoyable. His realtor at the time saw Khalid's great interest in the homebuying process and recommended he become an agent. After speaking with his family, Khalid decided to get his real estate license while still maintaining his supervisor job at a Fortune 500 company in downtown Philadelphia. With each transaction, his love for helping people buy and sell their homes grew stronger. His
