About Deb
Deb Koons has lived in the Raleigh area for over 20 years and has had the privilege of watching the growth in the triangle area first-hand. She is extremely passionate about building connections with her clients and providing excellence and integrity in real estate solutions. She is truly all about people and aims to provide every client with the very best service. A mother of two adult children, Deb enjoys spending time with her goldendoodle and her loving husband. Deb’s passion for people extends into her personal life as well. She is extremely empathetic to those going through life transitions, such as the loss of a loved one, and gives her time as a leader of GriefShare. She has also volunteered with the American Red Cross and with her church’s children’s ministry. She has taken this passion and obtained her Certified Probate Expert designation to better assist families with real estate needs related to losing a loved one. Additionally, she has earned the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist® to provide new opportunities for seniors to maximize their lifestyle. Deb also holds the designations of Strategic Listing Specialist and Certified Pricing Advisor with the National Association of Realtors®. She is known as a skilled negotiator, problem solver, and is driven to work tirelessly for her clients. Deb believes her clients deserve excellence and integrity in their real estate experience and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
