David Jones - SELL IT FOR MORE! THE BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESSFUL

Who is Dave Jones I was raised here in Connecticut in the small town of Prospect as an only child of two hard-working entrepreneurs. My Dad founded a manufacturing company and designed and built custom machinery. He also had a passion for antique cars and was a perfectionist, winning every major trophy and award there was for his restorations. My hard-working mom opened a breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant and put in countless hours. She had a love for her customers and it was what motivated her to keep coming up with delicious homemade specials. I learned at an early age what hard work was. They busted their butts for years showing me the meaning of hard work and dedication. I started washing dishes at their restaurant when I was just 10 years old. The restaurant business showed me I loved working with the public and the interaction. I made life long friends at my mom and dad's Dairy Bar. I would use the money I made from the restaurant to buy baseball cards and sell them on the weekend at craft fairs and flea ma rkets. When I was old enough took a second job at my Dad's manufacturing company which is when I figured out that what really excited me was sales and marketing. As a child, I never in a million years thought I’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. I also have my wife Lori to thank. She actually got her Real Estate license the year before I did. The excitement of working through her first closing made me know right away it was a career I was interested in. As hectic a career as it has been, the freedom from being self employeed has enabled me to always put my family first.
