Technological Pitfalls
Just like they may not be able to guarantee privacy on your internet communications, the other aspects of your connection and advanced needs may go unanswered. You’re going to have very little or no control over the service provider there and the hardware they use. Data transfers can take longer in these spaces due to this. If you have special needs or just need the best internet at all times, you may want to look somewhere else. Printers and scanners are there at least. Any other needs you have, you will have to deal with yourself.
Paying for Amenities You May Not Use
Sure, you run this risk in any type of agreement where you are paying for amenities, it just sticks out here the most if you truly don’t use them at all. These license agreements aren’t negotiations like normal leases, so you can’t get certain fees waived if you won’t be using the amenity. The space’s location and flexibility may have come at a cost, and sometimes it can be sharing amenities that you wouldn’t pay for in a normal situation. If you do use these spaces, try and get some use out of everything you pay for.
