Hi everyone. At last the negotiating is over. All the subject clauses on both properties have been satisfied and we are the owners of new home. Our realtor, Robert Jennings did a great negotiating job on both properties, especially after we abandoned him and went camping in Osoyoos, BC with our grand children, We take possession on 20th street, West Van home on July 9 and relinquish our 3rd Street, West Van townhome on July 8. so we have to get organized, Good news all round, Maureen and Don and thank-you Robert.

• Robert approached us about selling our 1925 Mathers Avenue, West Vancouver home after trying to sell our home with two (2) other realtors. • To our disappointment, our home did not sell through Robert's efforts that spring. • He persisted and made three (3) recommendations. • First we turn the laundry room into a third bedroom. Robert stressed most buyers were looking for a three (3) bedroom home in our area. • Second, we add a door to our den and turn into a second bedroom. • Third, we remove an abandoned oil tank on our property to meet current environmental legislation. • A couple of months before Xmas, we made a decision to follow his recommendations and use tradespeople Robert referred.
