You can pay a willing brokerage a fee ($59 to $1,000) to place your home in the MLS. • Online FSBO ads: Sites like Zillow, which have millions of readers, will advertise your listing. • FSBO websites: Google such sites and use them to market your home. • Social networking sites: Use your Facebook friends and Twitter followers to help sell your home. Place your ad and photos on these sites and ask followers to spread the word. • Print newspaper ads: Yes, some people still read newspaper classifieds.
