Steven Kessel, REALTOR® - YOUR STRESS-FREE GUIDE TO SELLING FSBO

friend to take a sniff. • Keep temperatures comfortable.

• Be flexible about appointments. You don’t want to lose a sale because you didn’t want to show your home during a Sporting event or a favorite TV show. Also, be prepared to schedule showings on weekends and “bank holidays,” like Veteran’s Day. • Be friendly but not chatty. Buyers don’t want to waste their time hearing your life story. They do want to hear how your home will meet their needs. After your initial pitch, put on a smile and offer to answer questions. • Know as much about the neighborhood as your home. Be prepared to answer questions about schools, crime, nearby shopping, homeowner's associations, and community activities. It’s also a good idea to know the annual cost of utilities, HOA fees, and taxes.

HOW I CAN HELP: If you list with me, I will:

• Attend all open houses (and showings with other agents, if you prefer) • Point out the best features of your home. • Talk with other agents before a showing to qualify their prospective buyer. • Follow up with agents to get valuable feedback.
