to start immediately, you don’t want to be out of places to sit and work. If you have a kitchen or a kitchen area, you need to furnish it and get it up and running. You may need a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and water dispenser. This can cost quite a bit as well. The good thing about all these appliances is that you own them and can bring them wherever else you may eventually move to.
COMMERCIAL SEWER FEES WER FEES
When you own a commercial property you have to pay a different rate for wastewater removal than you do when you own a house. The price is usually based on historical sampling data for that industry and area. Certain cities bill much more than others. And, of course, it depends on your industry. Certain industries (industrial, certain warehouses) can be charged up to $10,000 for sewer charges. However, if you are an office-based company, this won’t be a big concern for you. It will be added to your utility bill (if the utility company does this).
CLOSING COSTS
It doesn’t matter how big a deal or property you are closing, these costs will be the same throughout. They are included in each transaction, residential or commercial, but differ a little. Commercial closing costs are usually higher than residential costs. They can be in the $1,000 or so range. A few different costs go into this.
