This is also the last chance to make any changes or add any new ideas you may have. The architect will work with you and your team to help finalize your plans so that they fit around your business goals. By now, you should have a final choice made on the smaller details of your office. Do you want open space? Or something more formal? This step will help you decide if your plans fit your business identity and structure. After this input, the architect will produce another space design based on your plans. This will be the most detailed one, highlighting each part of your plans, including common areas and conference rooms.
DEVELOPMENT P PMENT PHASE
Once you have your design finalized, you move on to this phase. Now you will define and describe every aspect possible for your space design. The goal is to remove any ambiguity in your plans and finalize each detail. Here you will pick out your materials, fabrics, colors, and all the other aesthetics for your space. Most teams you’ll be working with for this step will have software that will enable you to do a 3D walkthrough so you’ll have a clear idea of what the final product will look like. Even if that isn’t offered, with this step you put those final touches on details and accents that will help define your office space. Making changes after this when goods have already been ordered will cost you extra.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
The project should give some time for value engineering of the design for some rebidding if needed. Bids can come in too high
