About June June was raised in Mooreland, IN with her younger sister Joy. Surrounded by both sets of grandparents, and many aunts and uncles and cousins. June was taught at a young age to do all could to help people, no matter what her role. June earned several college degrees from University of Texas and Texas Women's University. She worked in healthcare for most of her adult life. June's career in healthcare caused her to relocate several times. Each moved involved the sale of her existing home and the purchase of a new one. After about the third move, June suspected her lack of knowledge of the real estate process was costing her money. That is when she decided to learn what she could about the contracts she was signing, the rules of fair housing and buyer/ seller representation. By the time June started into her fourth real estate transaction, she felt much more confident about the process and knew what to look for in a realtor to represent her. In 2004 June obtained her real estate sales license. From that time forward, she set out to educate her clients on each step of their real estate transaction. As her career advanced, and she earned her broker's license in 2014, June found her enjoyed working with both buyers and sellers of residential real estate. June is now an expert in home pricing, contract negation, financial coaching, and home marketing. June is also a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist, and Accredited Buyer Representative.
