About Alexander Alexander C. Garcia was raised in the sunny city of San Diego, CA. He had aspirations of being a High School Principal at first. He was accepted into San Diego State University and graduated with his Bachelors degree in 2004. He quickly began his first career working for the San Diego School district but soon discovered that this profession was not for him. However, real estate was always something that intrigued him. Alex had always been considered a people person, loved helping others, and had always had very strong communication skills. Real Estate allowed him to use these 3 strengths of his, so he decided to aggressively focus on this new career. Having been raised by a father who was raised in Mexico, he was taught at a very young age that if you want something in life, you have to work hard for it. Working exceedingly hard and having a genuine heart to help others was Alex's motto as he progressed through his successful career. Having been licensed since 2005, Alex worked through one of our nation's most difficult economic crashes in 2007 (The housing bubble crash). As many Realtor's quit their careers out of fear, Alex pushed forward through this real estate crises and came back stronger and more equipped than ever before. Through this incredible learning experience he now brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, priceless lessons and unparalleled advise to pass on to his personal clientele. As his career advanced, Alex found his stride in working with investors, first time home buyers, military clientele, experienced buyers/sellers and Spanish speaking clientele. He’s an expert in negotiations, marketing and real estate predictions/forecast.
