About the Author John Stagl was raised in Gary, Indiana with 2 siblings. As a child, John had aspirations of being a physician. Consequently, he received his doctorate degree at the young age of 27 and enjoyed many years helping patients enjoy a better life. Dr. Stagl was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that's what he did. And he worked hard. During his education, he worked his way through graduate school as a ballroom dance instructor and musician, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move.
Never in a million years did he think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. John got into the real estate when decided to settle down in The Villages, Florida where he could introduce others to the amazing lifestyle enjoyed there.
As his career advanced, he found his niche helping others find the home and lifestyle of their dreams. As such, he utilizes a unique approach to buying a home he calls the Dream Home Finder. Often times, it is difficult to move because it seems that the RIGHT home is not available once you sell your existing home. However, with the Dream Home Finder program, John finds OFF-MARKET homes that are not listed on the MLS.
