About Vanessa Dupuy Carlisle Vanessa was raised in Harahan "the city of friendship" where she has deep family roots and was raised alongside her 2 siblings. As a child, Vanessa had aspirations of being a nurse. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Vanessa was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to be dedicated and work hard to reach your goals and that's what she did. As the years went by, Vanessa worked her way from banking and finance to marketing and advertising, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Vanessa got into real estate 24 years ago when she was working in the finance industry. Vanessa had big aspirations learning all she could. She started her own mortgage company where she was very successful. She would soon incorporate a real estate division. Vanessa has extensive knowledge in both finance and real estate making the process of purchasing and selling a home easy and stress free. As her career advanced, Vanessa found her stride working with clients in real estate investing. She has extensive experience in counseling clients with their next investment property, working with contractors and knowing the ins and outs of what it takes to get her clients approved for a mortgage. These days Vanessa lives on her farm where she enjoys caring for her horses, goats, dogs and cats. Vanessa is an animal lover and often takes in any stray that shows up on her doorstep.
