his honesty, and his follow through. What a relief to work with someone I know won't abandon me mid-way through a project, overcharge me, or do an unprofessional job. During the project Kurt is in regular touch by text so I always know what to expect; he sends daily photos of his progress and consults with me often to make sure he's meeting my expectations. Within the last year he put a new roof on our house and remodeled my basement, including installing a bathroom. Both projects turned out beautifully. I trust him completely and cannot recommend him highly enough! Robin M - Washington DC 11 Kurt Ozbey has been and continues to be a pleasure to work with at Whitehurst and Ozbey development company. He was the builder of record for two large condo buildings built by W and O development. The existing properties were demoed, surveyed and built from the ground up by Kurt. Kurt was the supervisor, hands on builder and project manager. On multiple occasions when I was on the job Kurt was supervising and managing 10-20 guys in various roles in the building process. It always was a well oiled machine with each crew knowing exactly what they were doing, working well with each other and other crews with Kurt at the helm guiding them through the building process. When issues arose with permits, inspectors or neighbors he was able to step in and give them what was needed. He kept the process moving along and the project on schedule. One notable event happened after the 4 unit building was completed and a condo was being inspected by the buyers home inspector. The inspector noted that there were no issues to report with the condo. It had passed 100% with the construction inspector and the home buyers inspector. Both the highly experienced realtor and inspector commented that this never happens. There is always something that needs fixing / touching up by the developer / builder This perfect outcome
