Kurt is great! Very professional, responsive, and punctual! He came out shortly after my tenant called me about a leaky pipe. Kurt had it fixed within 12 hours of the call. He even sent pictures so I could understand the issue. Being a long distance landlord, it was a relief to be able to rely on Kurt's professional services.
